Marco Ronconi is a professional Nature photographer, focused in wildlife and landscape photography of the Northern Hemisphere. His fine art prints have been exhibited in galleries and his images have been featured in various magazines. He’s currently represented by Nordiart and Route galleries.

His photographic vision focuses especially on capturing emotions and suggestions, using light and elements such as snow, ice and fog. He tries to celebrate the pure beauty of a landscape or the fleeting encounter with a wild animal, with simplicity, giving the same importance to what is not seen and is left to the imagination.

His approach to wildlife photography is more artistic and philosophical than scientific. Photography is not about a specific environment or a particular species, but rather the way in which those opposite elements such as light and dark or empty and full spaces interact with each other creating that subtle but powerful suggestion.
