Privacy statement pursuant art. 13 of D. Lgs. 196 of the 30th of June 2003
Pursuant art.13 of the Code of Privacy (hereafter “Code”), the registrant, whose personal data have been provided, is hereby notified of our policy in terms of collection, usage, disclosure and handling of his personal information.
Typology of personal data, intent of usage and modality of handling
Personal data are gathered when a visitor fills the request form for commercial information on the current web site.Data gathered and handled consists of the following:
– Name and surname
– Email address
Provided information will be used to deliver to the registrant commercial/promotional information relative to products and services supplied by Marco Ronconi. The handling of the data will conform to principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency, and will be carried out pursuant the rules stated in the Code, in any case guaranteeing the privacy and rights of the interested party.Personal data will be handled also by means of automated systems, for the time strictly necessary to achieve the intent declared for the collection, and will be subject to all handling operations as for art. 4 of the Code, guaranteeing nevertheless the party privacy, and in such a way to avoid loss or destruction of the data, unauthorized access or not allowed handling procedures. Provided personal information could be supplied by Marco Ronconi to its suppliers, without geographic limitation, where data would be handled for intents similar to those declared herein, save further obligations stated by local laws, applicable to the subject of personal data handling, and not fulfilled by the present statement.
Provision of the data
Provision of personal data for the above stated intent is optional and with no consequences in case of refusal, but failure to provide data indicated with an asterisk (*) will mean that Marco Ronconi will not be able to provide the requested commercial information on products and services.
Rights, Data controller and Data processor
Art. 7 of the Code states the right for the interested party to obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data within the company data bases, to ascertain the content and source of it, to verify its correctness and to request, in case, its integration, update or correction. Any interested party has the right to request the deletion or anonymization of personal data, and the termination of any related usage, in case of illegal handling, save the right to deny in any case, for any lawful reason, the authorization to handling such data.
